NC American Chemical Society (ACS) Project SEED Program
NC-ACS Project SEED is a cost-free,
statewide, year-round science enrichment program for academically talented
students. The program includes a paid ($2500) summer internship. If selected,
students who reside in Wake, Durham or Orange Counties will be responsible for
their daily transportation to NC State, UNC-Chapel Hill or Duke
University. Students will prepare their research under the supervision of
a university preceptor. Throughout the year, students will present their
research at various local, state, and national science competitions. The
tentative dates for the program are
June 13 – August 2, 2019.
Project SEED is currently accepting applications from qualified 10th
